Here is a list of books that I have found to be very helpful.
These books have marked key learning times in my life and have often provided written evidence and explanations of things that I was seeking for or at times already experiencing.
Even though there are a variety of newer books available today , I consider these books to be the originals and most helpful in their clarity and no-nonsense presentation of their subject matter.
Psychic Stuff:
"Psychic Self Defence" Dion Fortune: (1988) Thorsons Press
"Psychic Protection" Ted Andrews: (1998)
"A down to earth manual of common-sense principles and practices"
"The Unquiet Dead" By Edith Fiore: (1987) Ballantine Books New York :”A Psychologist Treats Spirit Possession” To some this book may seem like outlandish fiction but to me it is not.
"Man Visible and invisible" By C.W. Leadbeater: (1974) Adyar Press
An old book but a good one about the human aura.
"New Chakra Healing" by Cindi Dale (1996) Llewellyn Publications
An excellent modern book on the subject

"The Real World of Fairies" By Dora Van Gelder Theosophical society Publishing House
The name says it all!
Spirituality:
"Life's Mysteries Unveiled" By John Todd Ferrier:
This is one of many books written by John Ferrier who was a modern mystic in the first half of the twentieth century. He lectured extensively, wrote many invaluable books and founded the Order of the Cross which is located in London England. The books can be hard to locate but are available via The Order of The Cross U.K.

“Tibetan Book of Living And Dying” by Sogyal Rinpoche
About spirituality from the Buddhist perspective.
Reincarnation, Karma and Life after Death:
“Many Mansions” by Gina Cerminara
An excellent book about reincarnation and karma. The writer uses the work of trance medium Edgar Cayce as the basis for her book. Edgar Cayce himself did not write any books, but there are many books written from the wealth of records which detail the work he did in giving readings for people. Primarily he gave health readings but this led to past life readings.
"Life Before Life" by Helen Wanbach 1979 Bantam books
Where were we before we were born? What Life lessons are set out for us before incarnation? These are the sort of questions looked at in this book.
“Many Lives Many Masters” By Dr Brian Weiss Piatkus Press
The story of psychiatrist Dr Brian Weiss’s discovery and acceptance of reincarnation through his treating one of his patients with hypnosis and regression. A good book to start with to get a basic understanding.
“Through Time Into Healing” by Dr Brian Weiss Piatkus press
In this book Dr Weiss talks about a number of his patients and their problems. He goes into more detail about the processes he uses to assist the healing.
“Testimony of Light” by Helen Greaves
Written by two nuns, one of whom died and dictated her experiences of the after life from ”the other side“. It is an excellent book about the world of spirit and what happens when we go there.
Connecting with Animals:
“Kinship With All Life” by J. Allen Boone ISBN 0-06-060912-5
About communicating with and appreciating animals.
Healing Perspectives:
“You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise L. Hay

A small paper back book in which Edward Bach explains his philosophy of healing which is the basis for his “Bach Flower Remedies”.
“Hands Of Light: A Guide To Healing Through The Human Energy Field” by Barbara Ann Brennan
A lot about the aura and healing also meditation and self development.

An exploration of the Masculine/feminine sides of our nature. The anima and the animus. How we fall in love with a reflection of our inner self rather than the real person. Encourages us to engage with our own inner anima/animus to achieve balance within self and better relationships with others.
