Spirit release is about healing ghosts

Have you ever seen a ghost?  Probably not, few people have.  But many people feel them.  It’s like when you are in a room and a friend quietly enters, you don’t hear them but some how you know they are there, it’s a feeling.  Have you not felt the warm fuzzy feeling of a friend or relative that has died?  They often visit us to say goodbye before they move on.

Most so called ghosts are merely people who have died and got a bit stuck, they didn’t quite make the connection to their angels and loved ones who came to meet them at the time of their transition.  Some people after passing find it hard to let go of the life or loved ones they left behind.

Whenever I sense the presence of the spirit of such a person I just talk to them with the understanding that they usually need healing and release from the sadness or pain that has prevented them from connecting with the higher dimensions of existence.

Once some healing has been provided it is fairly straight forward to direct the soul to look upwards towards the path or gateway leading into the light.  There are always beautiful loving friends come to meet them and guide them into their new life.

So if you sense the spirit of someone has caught your attention don’t worry, it is not a scary ghost, just someone who got a bit stuck and needs a bit of loving help.  Trust me, it is a very rewarding experience knowing that you have helped someone in this way.

More on thought forms

In response to a comment from Monica where she asks if thought forms once created may change, my experience this does not happen.  I perceive them as having the originator’s intent and thoughts imprinted upon them like a kind of programming which just keeps running, until either the originator or someone perceptive and powerful enough dissolves it.

If we have hurt someone by sending  negative energy to them we can heal the effects by seeking mutual forgiveness, sending light and love for healing.  We can even call back the energy we sent and consciously undo the programming we created.

It is rather humbling to know that we can at times unwittingly hurt others with just our thoughts.  I think the bottom line is to be aware of our intent, do we really and truly want to exact revenge or hurt someone?  Or are we just letting off steam.   In terms of our own path, when we are truly contrite (sorry) and we know we won’t repeat a misdeed.  In fact many people demonstrate their contrition by expressing compassion towards those they have hurt.  Remember that the Divine forgives us, but we also need to forgive ourselves in order to move forward and be a better person in the future.

Thought Forms V’s Spirits

I have been asked about the difference between negative spirits as different from negative thought forms. My conclusions are a result of reading and personal experience.  The following two books provide the published information:-

Psychic Self Defence by Dion Fortune 1998 Thorsons press.   -  Chapter 4 :- Projection of the Etheric Body.  Here she describes how she accidentally made a negative thought form and how she managed to deal with it.

Man Visible and Invisible by C.W. Leadbeater 1974  Adyar press.  Chapter XVIII  :- Sudden Emotions.  Here Leadbeater writes about the creation of positive thought forms.

To follow on from the published works, my personal experience is that thought forms are filled with the energy and intent of their originator.  Continue Reading »
